Robust, gut geeignet f\u00fcr h\u00f6here Lagen und obendrein gesund und vielseitig einsetzbar. Mit &#8222;Ebners Rotkorn&#8220; haben wir eine seltene landwirtschaftliche Kulturpflanze gefunden. Momentan w\u00e4chst er sehr sch\u00f6n und wird voraussichtlich Ende August gedroschen. Dann gibt\u00b4s Dinkel, Dinkelreis, Dingelgrie\u00df, Dinkelmehl.
